I will preface this by saying I did arrive ten minutes before closing which is my fault. I had scheduled my pickup for a half hour before closing but was unable to get there in time. 

When I walked in the person working the desk looked up and gave a very me a not so nice expression. They were helping another customer in front of me so I went and waited for them to finish up. (I don't know if they routinely have only one person working the closing shift on a weekday, or if everyone else was sent home early). By the time the employee had finished with the other customer it was about five minutes last closing. At this point I was rushed through the rental process. There was no "walk around" or check of the mileage or fuel level. There was a discrepancy between what was reported and the actual fuel level which was not fixed, because I did not receive my rental agreement email until I was off the premises and, admittedly I forgot to call back the next day (so that's totally my fault).

Best place to rent-a-car in Villa Park. The managers Alex and Jake are very cool, and they make it their goal for you to leave completely satisfied.

Realizing that I needed a rental car, within 20 minutes I had one reserved via the Internet at this Enterprise location AND at very good price.  I rented the car for two days, but on return I was late by an hour or so.  Per the terms of the rental agreement, they could have charged me for an additional day, however Alex the manager waived the 3rd day charge.  I highly recommend this location and management.
