I rent from enterprise quite frequently so I have certain expectations. One such expectation is not getting overcharged. This past weekend I had a reservation for a car at $16/day. I picked up my rental without issue on Friday and I returned the car late Sunday, when I got my bill the next day I was surprised to find I was charged $32/day. 

Am I allowed to make the branch use the old paper and clipboard instead of the tablet so I can see all the charges before I sign the agreement?

prices are high for an average vehicle and cars at this location always smell awful. I don't know if it is B.O. or smoke they try and cover up, but the cars are never that clean and stink.  I mentioned it to them and they sat in the car for a minute and said they didn't notice anything. They should have given me a credit for having to drive a smelly car. Not good

I typically really like enterprise, however this wasn't my best Enterprise experience. I am not familiar with the area so the biggest draw back was I was not informed of the iPass which would let me pass though the numerous toll ways in the Chicago area. Without the pass the cost of tolls is double, so in total we spent over 40$ in tolls on this trip in addition to loosing time each time we had to pull off for the cash toll lanes. 

When we got to Enterprise they had given away my car (My fault I was 2 hours late, google calendar updated my timezone and shifted all my appointments) so they sent me to another Enterprise down the street (keep in mind I am NOT familiar with Chicago but was in Elmhurst to visit family), so we went to the Grand Ave location, but the York St. Location hadn't closed the window with my reservation so we had to wait until the attendant answered the phone to have them close the reservation in order for Grand to open it again. All told, getting the car took over an hour (my relatives live about a block in a half away, we anticipated this being a very quick trip) and the service while friendly wasn't particularly helpful. 

I really wish Enterprise would staff it's locations with more people. A lot of our hassle would have been avoided if there was more than one person manning the desk. 

I will keep using enterprise, I think the cars are great and the service is generally fantastic, but this was a particularly stressful experience added to an already stressful trip. I expect more from this business.

As usual, my Local Enterprise took care of me quickly and efficiently.  Great customer service from this branch.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous.
I'd like to call out Ethan who was a very helpful and attentive branch employee. He provided excellent customer service.
