I am a professional business traveler and have to rent cars weekly for work.  I have been using this Enterprise since moving to Dallas in January and I have to say, it is the single greatest place I have ever rented automobiles from!  Every single person here has always been so friendly, professional, honest and helpful.  I never have to wait long, they go above and beyond to get me the car I want and are so easy and flexible when I need to extend out the reservation.  

I pay special attention to customer service everywhere I go because it drives the industry I work in.  This is a VERY busy place and on the rare occasion they may have a line, I watch how they interact with everybody else and it is always consistent, friendly and professional.  

Thank you to Molly and her team for making this new Texan transplant feel like he's home and has some friends looking out for him while he travels!  Job well done!

I am a Enterprise Plus member, renting since 1999.  For the last 2+ years I have rented a car by the month, and know at the time I renew my rental, how much I will be charged for that month.  Unfortunately, when I went to renew my car this past month, I was told that I need to pay an extra $145 more than what I was told when I renewed my contract.  

Because I am so used to their exceptional customer service and personal attention, as well as have a long-time relationship with the same branch/staff, I was disappointed and felt blind-sided by the additional charge, and would've expected someone to call me and give me a little warning.

This is an great location and service is normally good with outstanding customer service once you arrive at the site. What I've noticed that may need tweaking is customer pick ups which will happen normally up to an hour past your reservation time even though you asked for a pick up in advance of the reservation time. I would like to say out of fairness there is an employee there named Molly who has been consistent assisting me with my needs and always greets me by name upon my arrival.

Upon my arrival to pick up the scheduled vehicle Cameron Briscoe went far and beyond to make sure that I received excellent customer service. And upon returning the vehicle I received the same friendly service. Please keep up the good work "team'! I'm a business major and quality customer service is highly important to me. Awesome job you guy's!!!

We have always had a great experience at this particular Enterprise. Last year we were affected by the Southwest Airlines computer glitch and needed a last minute, morning of rental car to drive to Denver asap. 

The employees here were extremely understanding, sympathetic and helpful and made sure we had a way to get to Denver as soon as possible. 

They were sweet and accommodating. Our recent rental was made even easier. They did a great job of calling me the day before to confirm and made it easy to grab the vehicle and go and were great at answering any questions and not pressuring me for any add-ons.
