I was recently in a pretty bad car accident and was assigned Hertz on grand ave in Bensenville to rent my car from while damages on mine were being assessed. I had the best experience ever with the reservationist named April that took very good care of me while I was running on an extremely tight time schedule because of my work hours! She went above and beyond to make sure I had a car before my weekend started and really helped to make a bad situation for myself better!! Thank you to April......:)

My experience with Hertz was excellent. The reservation rep was very prompt with my reservation and reserved the car I preferred.

In addition, the customer service rep at the rental car pick up was very pleasant and helpful.

I reserved a 7 passenger vehicle for local use with some out of town friends. The day before my reservation I received a call from Josh who was concerned that the Ford Explorer he had might not accommodate my needs. I came out to look at it. He was right and set about to remedy the situation. When I arrived in the rain Wednesday morning I found a Toyota Sienna, ideally suited to my needs. 
Kudos to Josh for preventing what would have been a very angry customer had he not given me a chance to check the vehicle out.

Good service but it would be nice if the website were updated to reflect correct times of operation. Website says Bensenville, IL location is open until 6 pm but in actuality they close at 5 pm. Kinda difficult to make plans when you don't know all the important information, like closing time. Good way to make you pay for another day of rental.
