The team at this Enterprise location is very conscientious, and dedicated to providing timely customer service, getting the required documentation they need, to get the client on the road.  The usually busy location is also straight-forward about availability, managing client expectations realistically, which is genuinely appreciated.   I have had to go to the competition at times, but the manager and staff do express appreciation for the business we do together.  They have accommodated me with turning in the car, at the very last minute (6:00 p.m.) on a weekday, as the door was being locked and lights were already out.  Kudos to the team at this Enterprise on York Road in Elmhurst.

I had a great experience with enterprise, not only do  they give me great deals and vehicles, they have great service. I walk  in and they take care of me right away. I call ahead of time to save myself some time as well. I have never run into a representative from enterprise that wasn't but the  most professional, nicest  and prompt people. I would recommend enterprise to  everyone !!!

Enterprise rent a car company is number one in my book.
The team members at this location are by far the best, out of all the locations that I've rented from. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ELMHURST

Absolutely horrible. I show them a bill that is paid in full with all paperwork and still not good enough. Had to get a second one before they even allowed to get my vehicle. Have rented a few times in the last 18 months and figured I would give them one last shot, but absolutely failed in every regard. Was more concerned about going out to the bar and drinking than doing their job. The office and location is absolutely dirty and disgusting. Not wanting to work with customer at all. Will never ever use enterprise in my life again, I don't care how much I gotta pay for using another company.
