The customer service here was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our vehicle. It was my first time using their services, and most defitnetly I would use their services again.

Had a great experience. Eli at Coney Island location really understood my issues of having my car in the shop and helped me with the rental. When I returned due to an issue I had with the rental I chose Eli once again fully understood my situation and once again impressed me with his kindness and ability to resolve my issue. I never had this level of customer service at enterprise before although I have been to many of their locations over the past 10 years. This company is on the way to bigger success with guys like Eli on their side. Thanks Eli and Thanks Enterprise.

Geico recently reserved a rental for me from Enterprise on 2815 Coney Island Ave in Brooklyn. 
The representatives here were polite and professional. I was provided with a clean and well running car. I was completely satisfied with my rental experience and would definitely use this Enterprise branch again.
