I had a trip planned over the holidays and my little car simply wasn't large enough to accommodate everyone so I rented a larger vehicle with Empire. Their prices were really reasonable compared to all the multi-national chains and while it took awhile to hammer out some of the details, Beverly was super helpful and when we had some problems on the road, Ian was very accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned that everything work out for us, which is unlike most companies. We'll definitely rent from them again.

Must say that I frequently rental vans for my friends and family gathering and this company has been the best yet so far. Friendly, willing to accommodate you for your  trip, and very professional. The price was great. The van was clean and well taken care of. Beverly was the best. Thank you for making our trip possible!!!! Already planning out next trip

Needed a van over the weekend and this was the only place that was able to accommodate me with short notice; pickup van was even upgraded to a medium size top!!

I had to transport a stage and other supplies for a big event, and Empire came through with little notice. They were incredibly accommodating to my needs, super friendly, and had no hidden costs. I'll definitely use them again!

Great value excellent service our van was safe reliable and spacious. The tank was also very affordable to fill up and it gave us plenty of mileage.
