I've rented a car at this location a few times in the past, and the service has always been great, but this time it exceeded all of my expectations. I took the car to go upstate for the weekend. The weekend happened to go from cold to colder, and when I woke up the next morning, the windows were frosted with ice. Luckily, there was a brand new brush in the back that I could use to clean off the ice. I thought this was a nice touch, and very thoughtful. When I returned the car, the company also provided transportation, so I did not have to walk back. What I also appreciated was that I did not have to wait too long to either pick up or drop off the car. The staff was pleasant and met me and sent me off with a smile. I will keep coming back there for sure - it is, after all, the closest location to my house - and I also highly recommend this place to others for the great service and smooth rental experience.

Over many decades I have always had a good experience when renting a car from Enterprise, no matter where I happen to be. The most recent time I was exposed to Enterprise was the result of a car accident in a city four hours from my home and in which the other driver admitted liability. The other insurance company took care of the repairs to my car through an excellent local collision shop and rented a car for me through Enterprise. This particular location is the smallest I've seen but the staff are always professional, friendly and organized.  As usual Enterprise did not disappoint. I had asked that I not be given a small vehicle, due to a health issue and was delighted by getting an SUV similar in some ways to mine. They gave me a voucher for and directed me to a nearby car wash and days later when my car's repairs were done they picked up the rental at the collision shop. It was a hassle-free experience. Thank you, Enterprise.

Neighbor crashed my car and I needed a rental fast.  I read the reviews online and decided to come to this location vs the one near my work.  This place is awesome!  The staff was friendly and professional.  Charles is the branch manager and he handled everything smoothly. He showed me what cars were available and since I’m not familiar with keyless start, he demonstrated in person.  From start to finish, I was out driving the car in 20 mins.  A++  Keep up the good work!

I rent cars often all over America and Europe and this location each time exceeds my expectations when it comes to quality of vehicles as well as customer service. 
Special thanks to manager Charles for running such a tight ship and continuesly providing me with excellence! Can’t praise enough! Go Enterprise! See you again soon.

I love Enterprise! Peter from R&J Collision recommended this location to me. I was 100% satisfied with the car and service! One of my favorite benefits of renting with Enterprise is the peace of mind with them picking me up from home or the repair shop and dropling me back when I return the car! The last time I returned the rental it was late they were about to close so the let me drop of the car with R&J Collision, I'm not sure if they have that aggreement with other shops.
