I rent from enterprize regularly. I am very loyal to them because the manager of the Quincy branch, Danielle, makes it a pleasure. She is professional, yet friendly and if there is ever a mix up, she rectifies the situation immediately.

I have rented pretty much every time from Enterprise. However, I may not again. The vehicle I was  rented smelled very strong of some type of smoke. For a non-smoker this is definitely nauseating. 

On top of that the oil change indicator came on and wouldn't go off. The life of the oil read 0%, the oil tag said the last oil change happened 21,000 miles ago and even when I called in, this seemed to be a non-issue for them. More than likely the car received an oil change, but the issue does nothing for the peace of mind of the driver. 

Then on our trip the air conditioning went out of the vehicle. They advised me to switch it out at a location nearest to me. I called 10 different places and not one would accommodate me and exchange the vehicle. I had to use the vehicle for a day and a half without air in 90 degree weather. 

All of this was very frustrating, but then, when I was finally able to trade in the rental SUV for another vehicle, they didn't give me a comparable SUV, they gave me a car. I was pretty much done so I just took it. 

Even though I received a small discount (3 days off of a 15 day rental) and there was finally some resolution to the issue, I still felt that for a $400 rental it wasn't worth it to go through all of that. I think I might try another rental place for my next one.

The workers were very nice! I Didnt understand the deposit situation very well at the end and they explained it very well. Danielle (I think) Was awesome!

We have used Enterprise in Quincy for several years. Have never been disappointed in their service or vehicles. Highest praise for the staff! Always willing to help and also flexible as our rental times and date sometimes change several times.

Cannot say enough good things about this location. Highly recommend without question.
