My pick up time was 730 am.  When I arrived my car was warmed up and ready to go!  When I returned the agent met me at my car.  Such great service!

Everytime I come here to rent a vehicle for work or a personal trip it's always an enjoyable experience. I only use this Enterprise. I honestly can't think of a bad thing about this place. Maybe the very small parking lot which really isn't their fault.

I reserved a vehicle for 9 days weeks in advance. When i arrived for pickup they did not have the vehicle i reserverd available...the free upgrade was really a downer. I reserved a full size car, Nissan Altima or similar.  Upon arrival i was told my vehicle was a Ford Focus, which was unacceptable for 5 people travelling 14 hours 1 way. They did not offer any rate chamge from full size to focus size but eventually they did offer a nissan rogue crossover type vehicle which I took over the focus.  The passenger room in the rogue was still very tight and the luggage space was no more than the focus and certainly less than a full size car's trunk.  This was the worst rental experience i ever have had.  I would recommend reserving for peoria airport pickup over the Morton location, or even better reserve at someplace that is NOT Enterprise. Staff were not helpful nor caring and when returning the vehicle in the middle of a weekday afternoon staff were not even at the store.

Would definitely recommend this location. The guys there went out of their way to fix a problem we had with another location and got us into a rental right away.

The Morton, Il Enterprise location has been great to work with.  I have had many last minute requests and they always accomadate them.  The employees and branch manager are friendly and responsive.
