First off, this is a very small airport, so this rental agency is quite small as well. I've rented cars before (mostly Enterprise) but this one was a new experience for me as I was returning a car here that I had rented from Chicago.

The only complaint I really have here is that the signage in the parking lot is horrible as this is not your standard rental/return setup. There are signs at each parking spot indicating where to park your vehicle, and that's it...nothing saying "NOW, GO TO THE MAIN BUILDING/TERMINAL TO RETURN YOUR KEYS" That would have been helpful - but that does not exist. After having dealt with them several times now, it all makes sense, but for a first timer in this location  it was all very confusing. Otherwise, I have no real complaints about this place, but that is why I could not give it 5 stars.

That being said, the customer service is great although they will not be outside to greet YOU MUST GO TO THE MAIN BUILDING (baggage claim area) TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON.  They are helpful and friendly and I've even received a couple free upgrades here and there. Their car selection is decent enough for a smaller establishment.

It is important to know though, since this is a small airport and most of time (95% of the time) all flights are done arriving by 10pm ish and this counter closes at 10:30 pm (all the rental counters do). So, if you have a flight coming in after midnight, you are S.O.L. and will need to Uber.

Ramon was great with customer service. We had to go back to get air in the tire, and had other concerns, and he was amazing. He ensured that we got what we needed, talked to his manager, and was open to doing what it took for us to get what we need. I would use this service if we ever traveled back to Springfield. Great work Ramon!!

Extremely long line while the other rental agencies were empty. The attendant was very nice and fast but just overwelmed. Suggest adding a second person during the rush. Will use Hertz or Avis next time.

The only place I do business for rental cars. Service is friendly fast and top notch!  Never a disappointing experience. Kyle and his team are 2nd to none.
