As usual, it was an easy, great experience. Vehicle was immaculate. Service was great. They had a few vehicles available at the level we reserved, and offered us the choice. We picked a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, which was a great vehicle.

I always use enterprise everywhere, however this location is the worst of every one I have ever used. 
Plane delayed tried calling, left message no one called back. This location never answers there phone or ever call you back. I even called from lobby of airport watching the guy at counter before. He had no customers. Did not answer the phone. Tried having someone pick up my rental for me, so they wouldn’t have to stay. Nope can’t do that they said. 
Peoria international airport location is a joke. Stay clear of them use the other car rentals there. 
This site will not let me do a picture post my points with enterprise but there are 25,000 and they treat me this way. So much for family operation.

The girl at the counter took forever with the customer in front of me. Then when asked for my return flight itinerary. I showed her my phone, would not copy it but sent me to find it airlines - which had no representatives..I flew in from being flooded in from Harvey for 14 days and tried to explain this , but would not listen. I was there for work and ONLY one at the counter. It seems she needs some training on customer service. FOr example, I can print for you if you email it quickly or scan on printer. If it was crazy busy I could understand, but it was not and this cause me another hour at the airport.

The vehicle was not clean when I picked it up outside the airport. I understood the dirt on the outside, but even the inside needed a little tidying. The tire pressure was low and I had to put air in the right rear and left front as they were both below 30. Through the display on the screen, an hour after I got the vehicle, the car was in need of an oil change and an oil filter. As I was already on the highway in route to my destination, there was no one to call. Other than those issues, it was a safe and enjoyable rental. Thank You.
