I should have checked these reviews before going here. I regret choosing budget. These ratings says a lot about budget. I feel even 2.6 is very much genorous.

I was less than an hour late and they charged me another full day. Enterprise and others prorate any overages down to a more reasonable charge. I called Budget twice and got a pretty rude customer service person (who hung up on me on the first call). They said both times they would rebate me first 50% of the extra cost and then the total cost, on the second call. Two credits have been put on my card but both times never gave me what they said they would. I'm ok with the extra $20 they're keeping but I will never rent from Budget again, just because they were rude on the phone and didn't credit me what they said they would. I've been treated better by Enterprise and Hertz so that's where I'll go from now on.

I had a terrible experience dealing with these people while the girl at the counter was great every other person I talked to was an issue

We returned the car a few minutes after the 24 hour cut off and we even called ahead to make sure that it would be fine and they assured us it would be

Once we were physically on site they told us that we had to pay for two full days no matter what anybody on the phone said

I talked to four different people at the headquarters and each one just kept referring me to another and finally got back to the point where they told me they're only the person on site could take off that charge and the manager on site was completely unhelpful

I'm someone who is rented there many times as they are a corporate partner of ours however I will not be returning and I will make sure the corporation's aware of the issue as well

No service at counter. Save your time . Use anyone but budget /avis combo counter.

My reservation was ready.  The associate was clear and helpful.  The car was in the designated place.  It was clean and ready to go.  Drop off was easy.  A good rental experience.
