I am a corporate renter and have used Enterprise for my weekly rentals for the last 3 years of being in Ohio. I go to the same Hilliard location because of the team they have. They are always courteous, kind, supportive, flexible and willing to go the mile to make it RIGHT. I would recommend this location above all others in Columbus as a example of what Enterprise stands for. Thank goodness they are my location.

Inventory appears to be inadequate for my needs. Unable to provide class of car last 2 rentals.  However, every attempt was made to get me in an acceptable arrangement. CJB 5/24/17

Friendly service, pickup and was in and out quickly.  Highly recommended!  Special thanks to Daniel for being professional and friendly.  You rarely encounter both.

They got busy and very flusterd. They couldn't find my reservation and we're telling other customers to call uber instead of providing their drop off service.

Associate who picked my call at this location could have been lot more polite and could have attempted to sort my issue. The issue i had was i was running 2 hours late to pick the car and she was not sure if she can confirm me the car i reserved even after i told i can give my card details so they have NO Show from me.
The car provided was not clean and i had to purchase the fresher to continue my trip.
If i have to opt this location again it would be only because they are open on Sundays.
