Not pertaining to this location specifically but more with Budget and their sneaky fees policies. Decided to rent with Budget for the holiday weekend due to email promotion offering up to 35% off and a free upgrade with prepayment. Not only did I not recieve an upgrade, I was charged almost 20% more than my prepayment upon drop off. According to receipt...all from additional fees added at last minute. My 48/day rental turned into a 60+/day rental. Rent from Budget with care and definitely read fine print, especially on promotions. Other than that, no complaints. Car was clean, no issues.

We had a great experience with Budget and Abdul. My car got damaged on the highway, 600 miles from home, by items flying off someone's roof-rack, and needed to wait at Honda for back-ordered parts before getting repaired. Enterprise and Hertz had no cars available, but, thankfully, Budget did, had excellent choices, and Abdul was extremely cooperative and understanding of our situation, extending our rental week by week until my car was finally ready. I will use Budget from now on.

Total sham. Initial provided vehicle had no spare, breaks were shot, and Change Oil Soon light came on. When I checked the oil, there was no oil on the dipstick. Advised I needed another vehicle and was told the Mechanic would be here to fix it. Advised I needed to travel and was provided an alternate vehicle. This vehicle was not cleaned, had trash in the back seat, French fries and water bottles, etc. Also, previous user had smoked in it - had ashes all over the center counsel, smelled like cigarette smoke. On return, even though early, was charged an additional $ 120. for services fees. Credi card was charged twice for the initial rental and the deposit still has not been returned to credit card. Would stay away from this location for any rental.

NEVER GO HERE  my wife’s transmission in her car went out and was getting worked on at ford and ford paid for our rental from here. At the beginning of the process we told budget this place that ford will pay them directly and also the rental needs to be under $35. They said okay did the paper work and handed the keys over. Well now they charged US personally 3200 because they could communicate properly with ford. The most unprofessional, scandalous, worst communicating place I’ve ever been in contact with. Also they threw in $820 dollars in late fees because my wife couldn’t make it in their store every other day. Never again will I step in this place. Also HUGE language barrier.

I am a Veteran and rented a van from Florida, and it returned to this location.  Upon final charges being made I was Fraudentlu charged over $300 for a pet cleaning I do not in any pets and for a full tank of gas.  The car possibly needed two to 4 gallons only.  Upon calling corporate the agent indicated no damage photos were included in the billing which is protocol.  DO NOT USE THIS LICATION.

They came to my rescue, I came for the birth of my first grandchild and ended up needing a car last minute. It made my trip so much easier and they let me show pictures of the baby. The car was not vacuumed but I didn't mind. The price was good, thanks again!

Was overcharged and had to go back and complain to get it removed. Also received a dirty car with the previous persons trash not cleaned at all. It was few months ago but forgot to share. It’s a dirty place inside also very run down. Needs repaired or closed

My rental car was absolutely filthy. Trash, food, dust and hair everywhere. Windows were covered with bug residue and mud. The office is a dump too. Avoid this place, not up to any sort of average standards.

Shocking Experience! Today I went to rent a car asked for discount he shouted at me insulted me and disrespected me for being student & asked me to get out of the office.Pls Don’t Visit to this office.

I had a car reserved for pickup at 8:00 AM at this location. I was there on time but the store was still closed. 8:20 I called budget to inform them and locate a different location. The guy showed up at 8:30. I asked him if the car is ready and he said yes.  I asked him to wait to finish my call with budget on the phone. He was very rude and almost shouting and started to lie and said that he was there on time but I was late and that he had to go and use the bathroom because the store bathroom was not working! Seems that he does not know that we can’t accept lies in the US. Will never deal with this store again.
