Need half a day to fill out application. Went to enterprise and they helped me quickly. Hertz is a dinosaur don't go here.

Called multiple times before heading out and got no answer. Store was closed when we arrived at 4:40p. No one inside and sign posted on the door. The two women arrived at the store at 5:15p. People were lined up and some came and left. A business should never be closed during operating hours. Someone should always be in store. Unacceptable.
