The man in the office was very nice. No complaints on him. Was told I would be able to be picked up from repair shop 5.7 miles away. I got to the shop waited, never got a ride due to being short staffed. So was forced to walk from repair shop to enterprise car was already paid and had keys the car smelled like mold. The cars oil light was on, AND I was pulled over due to the tags being out of date for over 2 months. AT 90 DAYS THE CAR WOULD BE TOWED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUISNESS. I've rented from enterprise multiple times. And never had an experience like this. You can do better than this enterprise.

On the day of my reservation When I was there picking up my car,  the agent told me they can't honor reservations made within 24 hours. They told me I will have to find another car somewhere else. I checked a few places and went back.   I told him That it was kind of BS because I wasn't informed about any 24 hr notice.  I said I'm here with my confirmation number on time that they have to give me a car. The lady was rude,vand wasn't helpful until I told her I wasn't leaving the window without keys. I wouldn't trust this company ever again.

Confusion about renting a vehicle with insurance coverage. We had reserved a rental online First agent was passively rude. Told us the rental would be $110 @ day! I  asked about the "upgrade" being advertised, agent said upgrade needed to be booked onlone, I said I booked online. Then the First agent left without finishing our rental, we heard him tell another agent he had a delivery. As First agent was leaving he made a passive comment to me, I asked him if he was joking or serious, with a smirk he said "about half." We contacted our insurance agent and waited in our car for a call back to us and Enterprise. When we received a call back we went back in and a Second agent "Caleb" was AWESOME!  Caleb looked up our info, no muss, no fuss. Put us in a Jeep for $23 @ day. Caleb saved the day!

Horrible customer service! Set up car rental, confirmed twice for full size car rental at rate of $30.99 per day. Enterprise drops car, then send an email saying daily rate of $50 but I get for $45. I call and am on hold for 50 minutes with no one ever answering. Called back later and told by Caleb/Kaleb that the car is already paid for. I say yes. But for how many days-to which he couldn’t answer  was supposed to be $30/day for 30 days. I was going to return the car tomorrow but since I just filled the tank, I’ll drive it til I use up the gas I purchased

These guys are my Go-To for a rental car! They are fast, effecient and Friendly! I have never had a problem with anyone who works here and I would Highly recommend them!

I went to pickup my reserved vehicle at a location in marietta and they did not have a vehicle for me and didn't seem concerned with helping me locate one. I got in touch with Caleb and Cole at the Zanesville branch, AMAZING GUYS! Got me in a rental, very nice one at that, got me on the road and when I returned it ended up being cheaper than the Marietta location!!

Booked a reservation and even called before pick up. Car wasn't available on pick up. Drove a hour round trip for nothing. Manager claimed my phone number was not on file which corporate confirmed it was. I'll never use Enterprise Zanesville location again. Customer care needs to do quality control on this place because reviewing the comments this happens frequently.  08/08/2022  Engaged customers care. Nothing happened.

I tried contacting them 9/21/22 for 1 1/2 hours and no one answered and then the phone was picked up without answering and hung up. Today when I went in to pick up my car Mr. Gaiters was very nice and helpful, so all's good

&lt;THUMBS DOWN&gt; This is very rare rating for me but factual basis has brought this review upon this location sadly. No accommodations or exceptions made here. If I could rate the location specifically for the branch manager then you would not see any stars. I'll explain simply, why I am frustrated.  I rent cars for commercial use and personal use, roughly a few thousand dollars a year average. I'm returning a vehicle at this location later today however they close at Noon on Saturdays. Now usually I'm able to make the cut off time if not I use the "After Hours" drop box. As a courtesy I phoned this branch to ask if I would be able to utilize the key drop and was told I could but I would be charged onto the next business day. Mind you, I'm only renting the vehicle for approximately 6 hours total. I'm appalled at this point and hoping with my status as a great paying customer, on time, clean and loyal to the brand - that I would "catch a break" - but no way. Danny the location manager was not nudging. So if your down on your luck and rent cars, be cautious here, they might charge you 100% markup on an economy car to make numbers meet. In business, some times in order to have a positive gain, regardless of its value, you need to bend a little bit to be successful. In the end, I rented the vehicle from another location which will NOT be charging me. As the good manager from the other location stated and I quote "I'm not going to nickel and dime you over a few hours" and that is how morale and business ethics keep numbers up. Customer service, wise decisions and practices bring benefits. No thank you to the Zanesville Enterprise Branch Manager. I hope your merits don't mirror onto your other employees, give them a chance to succeed. I'll be contacting EHI to let them know about my experience.

Our experience was great on a Monday during drop off with the assistant manager. However on a Friday during pick up the Staff could have been more professional and less pushy on the whole "if anything happens to this vehicle we will claim it" attitude.  All in all - this location was a bit more time consuming for pickup and drop off than other locations we have rented from, ie airport locations.
