Fast and friendly service. I dealt with this location a couple of times. Once with an insurance claim and one for personal use. They were very understanding when my insurance was giving me a hard time. I really appreciated that. Another time I went in early without a reservation and came just in time for a deal that was going on. Izzy who I believe is a supervisor, is awesome!

I found using their app speeds up the process a bit. However there was some wait time, as they were busy when I went in on a Monday morning right as they opened up. I was in and out in 10 min. Great staff! I certainly would rent from here again.

Izzy from Quincy MA , Beale street is a very pleasant and helpful associate.  He helped me from the beginning of my rental and to the end of my rental.  Good man!

I give the staff 5 stars, but the car, not so much. The car smelled of cigarettes and I had to sit on a towel every time I took it out. I didn't notice it until I the second time I got in the car. The staff, however were extremely friendly and accommodating. They told me to bring the car back in and swap it out for a car that didn't smell as bad. Luckily for me, I didn't have to drive it much, because I ended up getting a cold and worked from home, so that's why I didn't swap the car out. I would recommend renting from this place, but make sure you drive off with a good smelling car :)

Always a great and easy experience when I come here. Izzy is a great guy, to bad he's a red sox fan. Lol. I get the best customer service from this location.
