Had to drive up to Vermont in the Nor'easter and initially signed up for a small compact car.  I was super nervous!  But I called them hoping to change the car last minute to anything with 4WD or AWD.

As I went there, I didn't know where in the Pru Enterprise was located so I called--super easy!  I just walk past the Microsoft Store and go down the escalator.

I arrived:
Each person at Enterprise was awesome to help me out!  They had a Jeep Wrangler which was perfect!    They took care of me in the crazy Nor'easter!  Thanks to everyone in the Pru building at Enterprise!

Overall...I don't know how they do it, but the process was simple and fast.  Everyone here is knowledgeable and takes care of you.  For The Jeep was in fantastic condition, super clean inside and out, tank was full and I was ready to brave the storm.  Came back and again no problem with the drop off.  Using Alex and his team rock!

When I need to rent another car (oh that's right next weekend), I'm definitely going here.  Professional, considerate, kind, easy and makes you feel like you are taken care of.  That's all I want.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. We booked a car at another Enterprise location outside town, unaware of this more convenient location, which we saw by chance while walking around Prudential Center. Alex was the guy we spoke to and was very accommodating with our request to change our booking so that we can pick up our car here - instead of the other location - without any extra charges. The car was in great shape and was everything we needed for the next leg of our trip.

As we were ending our trip, we encountered an unfortunate incident that required the car to be towed. A few days later, we were quite surprised to learn that we will not be charged as much as we had expected. Alex even called us to confirm that all is taken care of. We couldn't thank him and the entire team enough for the overall great service!

What an amazing group of dedicated employees who work with Enterprise at the Prudential Center in Boston!  
Alex J. Patnod, the Assistant Manager, worked so closely with the professional and courteous concierge at the Mandarin Oriental in Boston that rental our car was essentially effortness!  Corey Lopez and the whole concierge team, met our every need even offering to pair with the valet service  to return the rental for us when we missed their operating hours.  Enterprise promptly verified with me the following day that they did receive the car, the emails from the Mandarin Oriental, and that everything was in order. Today, after returning to Dallas, Alex phoned to go over the charges to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. He even wished me a happy upcoming birthday! A+ to both Enterprise and the Mandarin Oriental.  Plus a huge shout out to our travel agent, Arlene Brantley with Rudi Steele Travels in Dallas for arranging such a lovely trip.

The car was ready at the time requested, was clean and in good shape.  I do have a few nits to pick.  I asked about pickup and was told they would not do so.  This was not a great problem as the facility was only a few blocks from the hotel.  All three keys were on one key ring which produced a knot in my pocket the size of an apple-quite annoying.  I was not offered a toll transponder.  Had I known all the highways in the area were toll roads, it would have been useful and probably would have saved me money.  Overall the rental was a good experience.

After we picked up the car and drove off, we discovered the driver's seat didn't adjust the way it should. They were very accommodating about getting us another car. The only problems were that the car hadn't been washed or the tank refilled. They did let us return it w/o filling.  All in all, pretty good but not perfectly.
