We just got back from a few days in New England.  We are a family of 5 and wanted to rent a car to drive up to the mountains.  We rented a car in Alamo (Logan).  They provided the best service and provided with an excellent car (Jeep Grand Cherokee).  From a price/value/quality perspective hands down the best.  Do not think twice....we won’t as we will rent again with Alamo

Alamo is always good with the pricing part of things at the time of pickup. I have used Alamo for a coupe of time now. Every time they charge me extra this time I picked up the vehicle at Boston, MA airport. And purposely I asked them for the toll e-pass device. It’s been about 15 days since I returned the vehicle. Still I am being charged $5 today .. few days back $7 .. I just can’t understand the reason. I have already bought the toll device and you guys still charge for toll fee??

In total it's great. But you have to reserve one online and then go the the counter to check in. When we were checking in, we were told that the car we reserved was not available and we had to change to another car. Except what I mentioned above, the remaining service are good. Will try it again in the future.

We received great efficient and friendly service at Alamo Rental facility at the Boston airport on a recent visit. The car was perfect and ready to go. Even though parking anywhere in Boston is a challenge, it was worth it to have the wheels that would get us to Cape Cod for a short visit. Thanks, Alamo.
