Reviews

Rent from this location almost weekly. The staff is great and could not be more helpful. The office is small so therefore sometimes it can get crowded. The help move as quickly as humanly possible to process you quickly. The cars are always clean and well-maintained.
 The location is a very easy in and out with access to all the major highways. 
I want again to reiterate that the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you  with the utmost courtesy.

I received an email from Alamo asking me to right a review.  The service at this location is typically sufficient.  However, I get remarkably frustrated with Alamo because they are the one rental car company that can't figure out how to get my Delta rewards to work.  I'm out almost 10,000 in points because they can't figure out how to connect my account to Alamo even though I have spent over an hour on the phone with the company and have done everything they have asked me to do.  There is an issue with their system and they blame Delta for the issue.

Despite having a reservation, I waited 28 minutes for the office to "receive vehicles."  When I went to the parking garage to get the vehicle, the attendant gave it to me running (its a keyless push button start) yet had the keys in his pocket while walking away from me.  Had I drove off with the vehicle I wonder how far it would have gone before stalling.  I contacted the owner, Diane, via email regarding my experience but it just went ignored.  They need to look at staff training very seriously here.  AVIS should consider taking back this franchise.

Holy, thee guys add exorbitant insurance without your knowledge. Read and ask everything u sign, otherwise flee......Never coming back. Look elsewhere, even if a bit more expensive.

And LEO - remember that name - is the supervisor who you dont want to deal with.  They will charge you full tank of gas, insurance without your consent.   I am having my Credit Card company fight these charges and i refuse to pay these hidden fees.  DO NOT use that place!!!

Our experience here was definitely nicer and quicker than our previous visits to the few other brands operating in Boston. Yet, this is a small and busy office, which makes it not as quick and efficient as you would get in the newest Alamo locations nationwide (where I always use not the auto-kiosks and never wait a sec).
