Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the ONLY rental car company I will work with. Each and every time I rent a car from them, the staff is outstanding, and the automobiles are clean, neat and tidy.  The staff is always ready to answer questions and make sure I have everything I need before I leave the lot.  More often than not, I am given an upgrade to the auto I originally requested.  I highly recommend this company. I’ve rented from them in Boston, Arizona, New Mexico, and Cape Cod... each time a very pleasant experience!

Professionally run operation. 

The location is halfway between the airport and downtown. I picked up the car here instead of the airport because I was staying downtown first. I received a call two days earlier to confirm everything and was asked if I needed a ride (I think they said the radius was one mile or so, which includes the metro stop.)  They later dropped me off at the blue line to the airport when I returned the car.  Everything went very smoothly. 

One warning about this location: you must return the car by 6pm. There is no late dropoff and no parking lot, you drive the car from their building.

I was directed to this location by Enterprise after getting a flat tire ( without a spare) and requiring a car exchange. The customer service reps were very helpful, polite and prompt and answered any questions that I had. Tim was especially kind and patient though I was a bit unraveled emotionally after having a tough day. As a first-time customer at the Logan Airport Enterprise location, I was very satisfied with the service I received and the cleanliness of of the location. Enterprise is pretty good, but Tim gets 5 Stars alone! Thanks Enterprise @ Logan Airport!

Everything went very smoothly and the price was good. The car was clean and provided everything we wanted and the staff was friendly and efficient. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars was in both offices, we had to wait a bit as there were more customers than staff. This was a very minor issue and shows Enterprise is successful.

I recently rented a car at Boston Logan for several days. The staff was very pleasant at pick up and the car was as described - a Toyota Corolla.  However, I we struggled to find a car seat that had the appropriate straps to install it (and directions to help). I was less than impressed with the staff's familiarity with the car seats and the quality of the available seats.  After I finally installed a seat -- half an hour later -- the person who helped me said the car seat fee would be waived for the inconvenience. That made me feel slightly better, until drop off a few days later, when I actually ended up being charged the fee anyway.
