I absolutely loved my experience with enterprise. I rented my brand new Toyota Corolla for a week initially.  As the week was coming to an end, my commitment was extended another week. I called enterprise, and my rental was extended another week with no issue. This happened 2 more times! 
Enterprise was more than happy to take care of my every need. They have a life long customer in me!

Rented a compact. Was surprised that I got a Ford Fiesta instead of a Nissan Versa (Not a Ford guy) but it was a good car. Check in and check out was quick and easy! Had to change schedule to come in a day early, and they handled it quickly and professionally.

Would definitely rent from them again!

I'm very happy with Enterprise. Being alone, I appreciate the pick up/ride home service. I think the pricing is very fair.

Our car broke down. They picked us up within 20 minutes and had a car for us. Very helpful,professional, and pleasant.  I would use them again.

Poorly managed, rude and very unhelpful. Years later after a car wreck in which we were not at fault. Enterprise poor paper work  management lost one of two claim numbers from Kemper insurance. We went to rent a car years later only to find out that Kemper decided to stop paying due to lack of claim numbers at which Enterprise had decided to put it on our credit. All of which was their error in paper work and follow through. 
When asked Enterprise why we were never given a bill they claimed they called the "435" number on the paperwork. I have had an "801" number for almost a decade, years past the time of the car rental. 
I called and talked to the manager Mark multiple times. It took 3 times alone spelling out my email just to get the paperwork. 
The manager refuses to admit fault or bother to return my calls. If you make a mistake in your accounting department it is simple, fix it. A $100 bill isn't worth a bad credit report which we offered to pay even though it wasn't our fault in the auto accident. Mark didn't help to resolve this whatsoever. Even after we were willing to compromise. We will never rent with Enterprise again. The worst experience ever.
