I was overcharged on my mileage.  I drove 14 miles and got charged for 34 miles.  I got a vibe they would do something like that so I took pictures of the odometer for proof.  After calling Budget Corporate I got it corrected and refunded, but it was still time consuming.  The truck also wasn't ready at my reservation time and I had to wait while they brought one over from a different location.

I was surprised on the low ratings on here. I just rented a truck and the price with taxes was 168 total for 5 days with unlimited miles. Enterprise on the other hand was 289 and miles over 400 was 20cents per miles. Budget Trck rental was by far the better deal. It was quick and simple and the staff was helpful. Screw enterprise and their over priced rentals. Budget all the way. Woot Woot!

Vehicle was not cleaned very well.  Staff member was not friendly or customer service oriented.  I felt as if I was putting them out by renting from them.  Price of rental was the only good thing.

This was our second visit to this budget and initially we couldn't see why the reviews were so bad. We had a good experience. Friendly staff and loved the truck (very easy to drive). So we returned and were sorely disappointed. We spent two hours attempting to fulfill our rental. Staff was rude in person and over the phone. We watched the lady at the counter offend multiple customers. We had to wait half an hour for her to wash her car. She kept telling people that they didn't deserve a sports car if they couldn't qualify for a major credit card. Most of the people we saw come in that day left without receiving their rentals. We finally left without the moving van we'd attempted to rent. We booked with uhaul on our way home and picked that truck up within the hour. We'll definitely avoid Budget and use Uhaul in the future. It was only $50 more and came with many perks and friendly service. Uhaul was worth the extra cost. I still preferred driving the Budget truck but I won't be treated badly by their staff again.
