Considering the amount of customer using this airport, they are doing their very best. It is lucky that there is a rental car place in this airport at all. When we arrived 2 hour late than the booked time,  we managed to get the last car. No time wasting sales pitch, car is right outside. Takes much less time than renting a car in a big airport.

We have been waiting for over an hour to pick up our vehicle. They were supposed to open at 12pm and have not opened the store yet.. (currently 1:23pm) We have 5 children and are stuck 8 hours away from home with no where to go due to a deer hitting our car and making it not drivable.  They never ended up showing up and we had to spend over $130 to take a shuttle to st. George to get a rental car there. They told us they would only reimburse us $50 for travel expenses. We use to love budget and would use them all the time. We will never use them again.

This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! We went to the cedar city utah location and the lady there was very rude and nasty! They didn't have the type of car I reserved and told me I had two choices, which both cars were smaller than I wanted! While I was thinking about it and researching she told me I had to make up my mind because she was going to give the car to someone else. When i told her I needed time to think .. she started yelling and saying how stressed she was and when I responded back she said now you don't get a car!!! I asked for name and she would not give it to me. I called corporate and they said there wasn't anything they could do but offer me $20 off my rental! No thanks! Stay away from this company!! Ended up going to Alamo and was very pleased!

The website information does not match what they actually have in stock. I successfully reserved a car online, then received a call stating all they had in stock was a truck, and not that they have to but were not willing to at least price match the vehicle  I booked, the price boost forced me to cancel the whole thing
