Seems like a trend at this place with the last few reviews reflecting my same issue. I reserved a compact vehicle online after having no luck with any other rental services nearby. Showed up at 8:00am per the online reservation time. The lot had 2 vehicles, a van and a dodge ram or something of the like.

As I was in a time crunch after three days without a rental car, I simply agreed to the van (between the two options) for gas mileage sake. While waiting for it to be washed, the person at the front desk received a call from a customer. As he was walking away (likely to keep me from hearing the conversation), I overheard him say he had more cars coming from another location.

Why he failed to let me in on this information, I don't know. I can only assume by his demeanor that he meant to get me in and out with whatever vehicle they had, as opposed to going out of his way to simply ask if I wanted to wait.

When he returned, I told him I'd prefer something closer to what I reserved online, not the van, and that I overheard him say he had more vehicles coming. He said they would be there around 9:30am. I asked him if I were to leave and come back, would he contact me via phone when they arrived? He agreed, but I didn't quite believe him.

I decided to wait the hour and 15 minutes to ensure the cars arriving weren't given away before he called.  Once they arrived, I received the only thing that wasn't a truck or van; a full sized sedan.

The only thing keeping this review from being one star is the fact that I received a vehicle at all. Returning it, however, over the weekend and holiday is another issue entirely. There was no mention of their hours and how needing an extension or any modification would be next to impossible to do, as no one was available to help.

Unless there's simply no other option, whatsoever, it's very likely I never use Enterprise again.

My insurance ordered a minivan for me after I was in an accident. They couldn’t pick me up from the car repair place because only one person was working. So I had to go here before I drop my car off. Good thing too. I got here to pick up my car rental and all they had was a jeep I called my insurance to double check that they had ordered a minivan and it was correct I left with no car and had to reschedule my car repairs because they got it wrong.

Got a car here while mine was in the shop. The manager was awesome and took good care of me, as well as others that were there. I do lament the high cost of car rental, but that's not a problem unique to this location. If you need a car, the people here will take care of you.

Double check the details here!  it’s been over 5 days with no refund from the deposit and I just call, only to hear them say they charged me for 4 days when it was only 2 days.  unorganized business here; will never give them my money again

My car experienced mechanical issues yesterday and I was stranded with three kids. They quickly picked us up and we were in a rental as soon as we arrived to the lot. Great customer service.
