I was forced to use Hertz by the third party insurance company when my car was hit. I called ahead of time and scheduled a pickup at the collision center for the date I was dropping my vehicle off. They never showed, and after I called 4 times, I finally spoke with a lady that said she would "order me a Lyft". By this time I was almost late for work and was furious. Thankfully the collision center was able to give me a ride to the Hertz, but I would never recommend them, ever. Your business plan is to call a Lyft to pick me up? Absolutely ridiculous.

Alex was amazing, he was attentive, efficient, and so personable. The car was clean and in excellent condition. I dropped the car off after the location was closed, put the key in the return, and left. I got an email receipt with the exact price I had been quoted, which, by the way, was an excellent rate! I've never had a better experience.

Ashley was very nice and personable. She made it a pleasant experience to rent a car.

I was happy with the rental car experience except for the car I had was not so comfortable. But it was an economy car. It just was not a comfortable drive from Colorado Springs  to Utah. Next time I will get a larger car for sure.
