There is nothing to complain about. All the staff did great. I don't usually get the car I request but Enterprise usually gives me something that will do the job. Usually a bigger or similar car is made available. But I don't think that policy is good for business. Usually the car's manual is not in the car. This is very awkward when you don't know how to work something. I understand why they do what they do. But I would recommend requesting the manual.

I would have given Enterprise a 5 star had I not been put through some anxiety hours before I was supposed to pick up my rental vehicle. My vehicle was reserved in August for the weekend of October 19-24. We were told the vehicle we reserved had been extended so they were frantically trying to get us one. I was told worse case scenario we would have to take two vehicles for no additional charge. Not something you want to hear when you are the only driver and it's a family trip. After much work on my part too, they were able to get us the equivalent of the vehicle we reserved. After that it was smooth sailing. Chad really worked hard to make sure we got what we purchases and the vehicle was excellent!

If this review could be given a zero star, I would give it that. The initial pick up of the car was ok. Full disclosure this is the first time I have rented a car. (I'm 25 now) They were overly eager to sell me the insurance that was almost double the cost of the car per day. I was not aware that I could just let my own personal insurance know that I was renting and they could help me out. That's definitely my mistake, but also I feel taken advantage of by Enterprise. Next, I planned to return this car at 4 p.m. on a Sunday. I verified with this location that I could before I left. Upon returning back into the Salt Lake area I looked up this location and they are closed that day. So I called customer service to verify that I could drop it off there. They said there was NOT an after hour drop off, and taking it to another location would have cost me $50.00-$100.00. So I thought that that was my only option. When I arrived at the original location I called customer service again and the next lady said that they in fact DID have an after hour drop off. So I filled the car up next door at the Sinclair and dropped it off. So thankfully I didn't have to take it somewhere else. But the story gets worse! Checking the charge on my card a week later I noticed I was charged $30.88 more than planned. I just got off the phone with customer service and this location had charged me for a fuel refill. I FILLED IT UP NEXT DOOR AT SINCLAIR! The motor was on for 15 seconds to move it to the enterprise parking lot 30 feet away! Talking to customer service today, she said they will correct the charges for the fuel refill. So hopefully that will be resolved soon. I am furious with how all of this was handled.

I was a regular customer of Enterprise (all locations) up until the experience I had with Enterprise at the Sandy Auto Mall in August 2017. I had also rented multiple times with Sandy Auto Mall until they said I damaged a car due to hail (no hail occurred in this area during the period rented). Furthermore, my company would have reimbursed me for any alleged damage, but Enterprise refused to provide any proof to my company and would not even communicate with them. When I sent emails to Chad, one of the managers, he did not responds, nor did the Branch Manager, Zach Tueller. Finally, I believe it was in October, someone from the main office called me and said that Enterprise was not going to charge me for the damage. I told him that my credit card company had credited the amount in dispute back to may card. Subsequently, I then received notice from my credit card company that Enterprise had requested that the amount not be charged back. All is documented, except the alleged damage. My company still may reimburse me, but I will no longer do business with Enterprise.

I started booking my reservation with enterprise and the representative told me the deposit had to me on a credit card but the balance could be paid in cash. I went to the Sandy location and I was told they had no cars available. I then walked home roughly a mile only to receive a phone call asking if I was going to make my scheduled reservation which I had made only to be told there are no cars available. I told the assistant branch manager Chad Noble (the same person that told me no cars were available) that I had just left there. Then Chad proceeded to tell me that I called the wrong location and that I should have called the Draper center which is twice as far from me than the Sandy location. Why would I do that???? They did send a driver to pick me up (Jerry) whom was fantastic. When I tried to pay Chad told me they don't accept cash in Utah. Okay????? How am I supposed to get to the bank to make transfers if I DON'T HAVE A CAR!!!. Chad handled the situation completely poorly. HE was not apologetic at all. Jerry drove me to that bank and when I returned a completely different person helped me and I WISH I could remember his name because he did everything in his power to make things right. Jerry cool, guys name I can't remember cool, CHAD NOT COOL. The car was great the customer service from Chad and the representative I spoke to on the phone and there knowledge not so great.
