GOTS TO BE THE WORSE RENTAL CAR SERVICE I PREPAID THRU PRICELINE FOR 3 DAYS FOR 128.00 I EXTENDED THE RENTAL FOR 2 days WITOUT ME KNOWNING THat it wpuld be 142 A DAY TO EXTEND A RENTAL WAS NEVER TOLD THE PRICE OR NOTHING AND WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THIS IT WAS KNOW UNDERSTANDING OR COMPASSIONATE WHAT SO EVER SO I HAD PAY 284.00 FOR 2 DAYS  AND THE CAR HAD 30000 PLUS MILES ON IT AND THE WIPERS WERE BAD AND TIRES WERE INFLATED TO 52 PSI ....SMH I NEVER HAD TO GO THRU THIS WITH ANY OTHER RENTAL SERVICE I FEEL  bamboozled JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND THE BOARD😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible experience today...reserved and pre-paid for a mid size SUV. Upon arrival,  the agent told me that she was waiting for keys to be dropped off and my wait would be a few minutes. AN HOUR LATER, the agent calls me to the desk and offers a compact car. I ask why I'm being downgraded and she says that all that's available. I remind the agent that I pre-paid, therefore it would seem appropriate to upgrade my car to the next available size since I cannot receive a refund. She then asks for my id and credit card, without addressing my comment, and proceeds to book me for a car. I ask....what car do you have on my reservation now? She says a Chevy Malibu. I tell her that's not compatible and she tells me that the Malibu is a full size car and full size cars actually cost more to rent from Budget than mid size SUV's. She also stated that the Malibu was  larger than a mid size SUV. Left with no options since I'd missed my scheduled meeting and was on the verge of missing another while I waited on a rental car, I accepted the Malibu. I'm disappointed that the agent was so dismissive and blatantly lied regarding the price/size of the Malibu in comparison to a mid size SUV to shut me up. I'll never rent from Budget again.

Rented an Volvo SUV from them. I went to return the car at 4:30am local time. No one was there to process my return. I landed in Springfield Missouri to get another rental from Budget. My account was red flagged because they still hadn't checked my rental in. I had to use another company due to this paying out of pocket and not using my reservation. I finally got a text at 11:30am that the rental had been successful processed. 6 hours later it was processed.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE.  WE WERE UPGRADED TO A FORD EXPEDITION WHICH WAS GREAT FOR THE 7 PEOPLE THAT WERE IN MY PARTY.  THE CAR WAS IN GREAT CONDITION,  VERY CLEAN AND SMELLING GREAT.

Horrible service of agent Vicki!!!
When I called her, "Is there extra charges, if I return New Orleans airport?"
She answered "No charge!"
And when I dropped off Budget rental car at MSY, instead of Baton Rouge airport, they charged me $388.
I won't use Budget Rental car in my life again, nor I won't recommend to anyone body around me.
