Got charged for smoking because they found a pack of cigarettes in the car that fell out of my pocket when I returned it. They couldn't tell me where any ashes were when I talked to them but after I yelled they told my girlfriend they found ashes. Definitely looking to make extra money through lies. Enjoy that $200! Sad u can't leave zero star.

I usually prefer Enterprise to rent vehicles, but I was very disappointed in this particular experience. 

My flight arrived at the Manhattan airport, and I immediately went to the Enterprise kiosk to pick up my vehicle I reserved three weeks in advance through my Corporate website. There were already four people standing there, all talking about how there was no attendant and the posted signs with contact numbers relayed that their office was closed. I walked over to the Hertz attendant and asked if he had seen the Enterprise rep and he stated "sometimes they don't show up, or they are very late."

Unacceptable.

After waiting 30 mins, I called Enterprise Corporate and had them cancel my reservation, making sure I wasn't going to be charged. The other people waiting did the same. 

Two days later, I received a voicemail from an Enterprise rep asking me to contact their office because they had a question about my reservation. I called them the following day and spoke with a John in the office. He juggled my conversation with a coworker, which is just rude in general. If you need a moment, I can wait, but nothing makes a customer feel less important than when you carry on another conversation while the customer is speaking. 

I advised him of what happened, and he apologized, and said his office will probably discuss it later this week (whatever that means). He also recommended calling their office directly to make reservations. I told him I am required to make reservations through my Corporate account when I travel for business, so that is not an option. But I will definitely not be making any future reservations from this office. They should already know how many reservations they have scheduled in advance. This was ridiculous.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Manhattan Kansas and was a 100% satisfied with the staff, the vehicle and its performance. Our organiozation uses their services on a regular basis and we have had some issues from time to time and they have been resolved in a professional manner.

As always Enterprise offered very good service. From the choice of two cars that was available to me, the agent helped me with the facts of both cars like mileage etc. which helped me to decide which car to pick. The car was clean and in good condition  and I enjoyed driving it. More so, they have the option to provide us the receipts and agreement in email which is environment friendly.  Great place for renting cars!
