They told me they would be able to pick me up with my rental at the collision center at noon. I have not heard from them, and am still waiting. I have called 3 times and each time I was disconnected and told my call could not be completed.

Needed a car after mine was backed into at school. I had a flexible schedule so the car needing an oil change was no problem. My husband couldn't get out of work so they came and picked up myself and my daughter and drove us back to the shop. Unfortunately my daughter was home sick and used the office waste basket. Very kind and understanding, gave my daughter a bottle of water and a kind smile while my daughter was mortified. Service was quick and orderly and I was back home in under an hour. They called me early about the oil change and kept me in the loop the whole time. Some people complain because that is what they do.

They are a first team. They made my experience very easy and welcoming. I recommend Enterprise to everyone

Just had the best experience here. The ladies that worked there were super helpful and understanding. One of them even gave me a ride home, I wish I caught her name because she was a wonderful person. Thank you guys.

Still waiting lol I've been told multiple things that it was getting an oil change, then someone was on lunch break and now it is getting cleaned. I have yet to receive a call from the ride. I took work off to deal with all this chaos. Would be nice if you guys had it together, seems messy to me
