The ladies were so helpful and friendly when I picked up and dropped off my car! The only complaint I have is the gentleman I spoke with when arranging the pickup left out a LOT of details that could have caused me to not be able to rent the vehicle.  Other than that, good experience!

Had mechanical issues with a rental from Kansas City and was rerouted to the Independence, KS enterprise location. After a vehicle exchange reservation was CONFIRMED, I was later called by a local agent who very rudely told me they only had a Ford festival (although reservations confirmed a Ford Explorer). I told him that I was traveling with four small children, two of which required car seats.  His response was “that’s all we got!” I called the 1-800 number and the representative told me that the larger vehicle was indeed reserved and that the local agent rented it out AFTER it was reserved for us.  A very rude and unprofessional local Enterprise location.

I tried making a reservation online but the website kept telling me there was an error, so I called the local office and made the reservation they told me the price and everything was set. 2 hours later they call my husband to confirm and what not. They then tell him about the deposit on the car that has to be paid when you pick up. This was not told to me when I made the reservation so I called them back to find out what could be done since I had other things planned for that money. They would not work with me at all and wouldn't even apologize for not informing me. But since I needed the car I went ahead and got it paying the $200 deposit they said would be refunded as soon as I drop off car. They told me they were open the next day at my drop off time and will refund my money. I had no problems with the car, great experience there. Then I get back and go to return the car. They were closed and were not open till 3 days later! So I did not get my money back until 3 days later when they finally opened and inspected the car. It was a horrible experience with the service, I am very disappointed with them and do not plan on going back..
