The service is usually pretty good at this location. I was disappointed that the car I was given had been smoked in by previous renter. It wasn't detected until a/c was turned on. There was also a film on the windshield and drivers window that I had to clean as it made night driving difficult do to the glare created by other headlights.

I got a car from here while mine was in the shop. Overall they were nice, although the car I was given was a little dirty.  Not happy with how the employees were all saying something different and no one seemed to have the same information. I was unknowingly charged for more days of the supplemental insurance, when I was told in the begining I would not be.

I've been working with this branch for almost a year now.  So far, each interaction I've had with them has been positive and stress free.  Friendly staff make a world of difference!

The Pittsburg Enterprise Rent-A-Car team consistently provides great service and quality vehicles for our rental needs at AFIX Technologies. They may be the only major car rental agency in town, but they certainly don't act like it.

We rented a car for 10 days.  What they consider a midsize car is ridiculous!!! We ended up paying way more 200.00 for a bigger car. They are very deceptive.  That said, they are still better to rent from than any of the others. Always a near new car. Yip , I would do it again.
