I rent from Enterprise frequently and this particular location will never receive my business again. When calling them they place you on hold for long periods of time. You never speak to the same person. I was "courtesy called" a day prior to reservation and stated that I needed a pickup. I was instructed to call 30 minutes prior to my reservation. I did as such and was told that they weren't expecting me to be picked up so it'd be an hour or so before someone could come and get me. I also reserved a full size car and when calling to arrange for pickup I was instructed that the size car that I had reserved MONTHS in ADVANCE was not available and instead of an upgrade I was downgraded to smaller car. They also TRIED to charge me the same price for the smaller car, no sir! They need new management and customer service training. They're terrible.

It would be Nice if at 1 time I get a vehicle I don't have to go rt to the gas station, Just saying....Lol

Zero stars! The car was filthy inside & out when I arrived to pick it up, with 1/4 gas missing. The agent was nice, (but also the only one working the day before the holiday weekend) offered to vacuum it out, but you could tell he was busy & didn’t want to. I mentioned the issues to a different agent when I dropped it off, but he literally couldn’t care less! I asked him to please mention it to the manager, & once again could not care less.

For $350, you should be given a clean vehicle with a full tank of gas!!!! STEER CLEAR THIS LOCATION

***UPDATE*** It has been an entire month & neither the branch manager, nor the area manager have found time to reach out to me!!!

Worst experience i have ever had with a rental company. Not only did my family and I get a vehicle with issues, we drive from Kcmo to Dallas Texas with a vehicle that has mechanical issues. Mind you this was Christmas weekend. We called before we left KC to tell them and again on Christmas eve. The operator told us they had a suv waiting for us at the Dallas airport. We drive all the way there a 30min drive all for them to tell us we don't have a vehicle available. On Christmas eve!! So we had to drive back home with a vehicle that was not safe for me and my family. This was 2 weeks ago. Now they are charging my card when it is not authorized!!! For a toll that I only passed through to pick up a new car that was never even there. I will Never rent another vehicle from this self absorbed place. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! You all need to contact me asap!
