Usually I have a good experience, but this last time I rented I was charged a $50 deposit instead of the usual $150, which made me happy because the cost of the vehicle upfront was almost $500 for 6 days. Upon returning the car I was told I'd receive my deposit like usual. I have been waiting, and see $4. I called the location and talked to Matt Wohlgemuth and basically he told me they "must have calculated wrong" when I rented, and "people make mistakes " that I wouldn't be getting my $50 deposit like I was told. I have never had issues like this there, I always make sure I'm getting the prices of everything broke down so I know exactly what I'm being charged for. Very poor customer service this time.

They really suck they said he needed around $240 to get him thru the up coming week an he had that covered in his bank account but they withdrew around $385 more than what they said they were going to, causing him three $32 dollar overdraft fees because two other automatic withdrawal bills on same day turning his acct into a neg. balance. Literally shutting his bank account down..Then we went to Firestone to get tire fixed and Firestone took the key away from us. Leaving us stranded at Firestone in Grandview at 7 in the evening I'm a diabetic needed my meds and it was hot. Making it a vary dangerous situation for me.Calling Enterprise customer serv was no help at that time at all, saying that he owed them an that he could pay them right then to keep car. Kind of hard to do when they had already overdrew his bank account as I mentioned shutting it down.Leaving him unable to work for 5 business days.All the time talking to customer serv. two more times with them saying someone will get back with him..Yeah right that never happened..So he called Enterprise Store at 14873 Metcalf Ave. OP.KS. who he had been dealing with an they said it was it's all good,he could get another car..An they did it again, took all but $4 off the money card he had loaded w/$383 because his bank account is still overdrawn, saying now they forgot he still owed from the other car that was pulled out from under us. being unable to work to get his bank account back in the good..Missing a total of 8 days of work now trying to buy a cheap vehicle so he can get back to work before he loses everything.And them basically saying oh well..An still no follow up from customer serv.or any representative from Enterprise. You might want to think twice before renting from then and giving them access to your bank account.well posted this 3 days ago after the owner asked for my info and I still haven't heard back from anyone. Just saying

The customer representatives do a great job at this location and on more than one occasion, have went out of their way to answer my questions or provide services that some organizations simply have told me "no, not available" or "I'm sorry". It's always, "let me see what I can do".

I rented a BMW from this location. Where I had it booked was 15 mins away at another location. Anyways, the A/C went out and I had to drive around in the muggy weather for hrs. When I described the problem when I returned the vehicle they weren't going to do anything about a refund. Why should I pay for something that didn't work? Your duty as a business is to sell something that meets the requirements and expectations of the persons paying for your service. So, after explaining to them I wasn't paying, they refunded it all. But, here's why I'm writing a bad review. Upon returning the vehicle, I realized my car keys were still at the hotel I just checked out of. Now, here's the time to make up for the A/C going out right? No. They were too busy to help out. All of a sudden I'm not important because they didn't make their commissions off me. So, had to uber back and was late for my meeting.
