I have been renting from this Overland Park South location for last six months and I must say, the experience has been more than satisfying. One great example of how an 'Enterprise' can deliver a personal experience to one time or regular customers and yet stay committed to their corporate values.

Should you run into an issue, Jake or Brian (Star Branch Managers) would do everything in their capacity to make it right that one time and everytime after that.

I had a week rental and had a lot of driving.  After a few days the car I had needed an oil change so I took it back to Enterprise.  They immediately gave me a different car and made the exchange and process very easy.  The young lady that helped me had a unique name and it escapes me, but she was very friendly and courteous.

This location is far from my residence , even though I always prefer this location for car rental. I prefer online reservation , Prices at this location are very less when compared to other locations. Staff are friendly, quick and excellent. Everytime I had the keys in my hand within 5 mins. Never had a bad experience  with the rental. I suggest this location for everyone.

Don’t hold the exact information. After I made the reservation they called be for confirmation and said that everything looks good for the pickup. But on the day of pickup just before half n hr of my reservation time I received call stating that they can’t pick me up as the location is not in their radius(4 miles).

Great staff and service at this Enterprise location. They are always friendly and helpful. I use this location every time I need a vehicle in the Kansas City area. I really like the pick up and ride home. Keep up the good work.
