I have rented from this location 5-6 times over the last few years simply because of its convenient location. Each time I hoped the service would be better the next time only to experience more disappointment. Poor attitude, no vehicle, dirty vehicle, and poor customer service. My other friends have had similar experiences. Never again.

Used Priceline to find and make a car rental. Pick-up time was set for 4pm. In crappy weather my husband and I were at the door at 4:04 and a gentleman walked out and said sorry we are closed and started locking the door. I told him I had a pick up scheduled for 4 and he said well we have automatic alarms that turn on at 4:05. Why are you making appointments at 4 then... In less than 5 minuets you could check me all in, check my id and get me a car before your alarm starts... I could understand if I was 15 minuets late but really 4 minutes.

First i want to start off by saying i am a loyal customer with Budget I rent cars from the 99th and Holmes location where i am always treated like a valued customer. Well just so happened on 3/12/18 i had to return the vehicle to the 119th and Metcalf location where I was racially profiled and frowned upon as if i couldn't afford the high end cars. When I first walked in Delaney Hannigan treated me very poorly. I asked if there were any cars available and she mentioned only cars that were not luxury or high priced cars. So I asked about the Challenger and the Chargers that were in the lot that she failed to mentioned and I was told those cars are very pricey. Which I took that as if she felt that I couldn't afford the cars. So at that moment I stated that I wanted to rent the Challenger and she proceeded to do the reservation after asking for proof of my insurance I went to pull it up on my cell phone when she then stated that she had to have it emailed to her. I couldn't understand why she was giving me such a hard time when I normally rent high end cars or non high end cars they have never sent me through all these loops. The copy of my insurance card that I pulled up for her has my agent contact info listed all she had to do was get the number off there instead of trying to have me email and go through all the extra steps for nothing. As I stated before I do this all the time I am a professional business man so I rent cars all the time to travel for work and have never went through all this. So I stated I will just purchase the insurance from your company if it will be easier instead of me emailing my insurance she then once again spoke on price as if I couldn't afford that either. At this point I was so furious with how I was being treated I just was ready to walk out. So my friend walks in and as he came in she stated that she was going to put me on the list for me not to be able to rent cars from this company because she assumed he was driving the vehicle. I have never been through this in my life with no rental car company I have all the necessary things needed to rent from anywhere so the hassle I went through yesterday from the beginning to the end was all because she didn't want to rent to me. Delaney Hannigan has very poor customer service skills and makes your company look very bad. I will not stop here I will report this to the Better Business Bureau as well as Corporate and whoever else I need to until something is done about this. The amount of money I have spent with this company I should experience nothing but the best service. Even if it was my first time renting I still deserve the same respect and class as anyone else. But because I walked in with sweats on and not my business attire I was treated as if i couldn't afford what I was asking for. No one deserves to be treated this way. She had no intention on doing her job which was giving me the option to every car on the lot not just the cars she ASSUMED i could afford. Signed Antonio Woods

Three times I have prepaid for a specific vehicle on Budget's website only to arrive and they do not have the vehicle. Their solution... They give me another vehicle to drive to KCI so I can pick up my vehicle there. So basically I was doing their job for them.

Staff was rude and ignorant about their own policies, left me stranded after I had booked a reservation online due to this ignorance. Based on the other reviews here I'm pretty sure this whole location needs retraining. In fact it may be easier for corporate to just cut the franchise license all together. Will never use Budget again.
