ABSOLUTE BEST RENTAL I'VE EXPERIENCED IN 20 YEARS.  I needed a car for Sunday thru Tuesday so I booked online.  Easy, simple.  Showed up Sunday at 1pm, out in 10 minutes.  Gentleman running place was friendly and efficient.  Hyundai Tucson SUV was ready to go.  The fellow washing cars outside was helpful too as he offered to do a quick rinse of dust off this great looking metallic orange SUV and in a couple minutes...looked like new.  And on our way.  Returned Tuesday, in and out in a minute.  What I know about rental car places is that they're never ever this easy to get in and out of.  What more do you want, folks?  I mean, the price was way better than Hertz even with my AAA discount.  Not even close.  This is my go-to rental car agency from now on.  All I care about is in and out fast, great car ready to go, and convenient location to pick up.  Avis rocks!

Where do I begin? Most likely with Benjamin and the level of service that he provided. He was genuine and it was a quick exchange. Both at pick-up and drop off whether it was Sanka or one of his employees, the level of service at this location is impeccable. I've recently had to rent a vehicle because mine was having some mechanical issues. While I don't expect to rent anytime soon, I will definitely look forward to renting with Avis and this location again. The rates were great and the most cost effective when I compared them with two other rental companies. The cars were great, clean and well maintained. Keep this rental company and location in mind the next time you are in need of a rental car.

I would recommend anyone come to Avis!  I have been a customer for over 15 years.  I prefer this location in Overland Park, KS on Metcalf.  Ben's customer service is phenomenal.  He treats anyone like his own family member, and this is the reason I will continue to use this rental location for all my rental needs and referrals.  Thank you for having such a nice human being running your establishment.

The pick and and return process is easy and quick. The agent is nice, cooperative, and understanding.  The cars are of good quality and well-maintained. The company is conveniently opened daily. The rental costs are reasonable and more affordable than most area competitors.

The guys are the greatest.  Always get a smile, and best car available.  Treat people with class.  Will rent anytime I can at 82nd and Metcalf.
