Loved my experience and definitely recommend this place! The two times that I rented from them I worked with Andrew  the first time and then Kyle the second time, and they are both great guys. They are very professional and respectful. They made my first time renting a car a great experience, which is why I rented a second time from them. The cars that I get are always clean on the inside and outside and run great!

WATCH THEM - EVERY DETAIL - AT 8130 METCALF THEY WERE SLOPPY
> Be very sure to look the car over for damage inside and outside
> Be sure to check in the glove box for a proof of insurance card.
> Be sure to check in the car for items left in the car by previous drivers.  Could be a gun, drugs, trash, garbage, condom.... anything
> If it is hot weather be sure the air conditioner works.
> If cold weather be sure the heater works.
> Be sure the car is full of gasoline.
> Be sure the car has a spare tire
> Be sure the wind shield wipers work.
> Be sure the radio works
> Absolutely be sure to read the rental agreement and understand everything on it before you leave the Hertz lot.
When I picked up my car the gas gauge was on 1/8 full and I did not notice until I was at 119th and Metcalf.  Then, I found a nasty used baby bottle in the back floor board.  It was gross.  They obviously did nothing to the car before giving it to me.

You guys are the Savior of our trip!! Would definitely  prefer Hertz especially this location in future whenever I want to rent a car!!

Booked via Hertz app.   Fast, easy and excellent experience.   Definitely recommend this location.
