First time using Enterprise in Minot and I have to say, I was impressed!  O helped us out and he was just fantastic. He even texted us the next day to see how we were doing. You don't see that kind of service and commitment these days.  Enterprise hit the jackpot with hiring O. I will definitely be using Enterprise in the future.

As soon as you opened the car door the smell of smoke overcame you.  Also, the "change oil soon" display was showing and the back seats were stained/dirty.  This was the second time I rented a car from this location in which the vehicle I rented smelled of smoke.  I'm not sure of how they clean/service their vehicles after being rented, but it needs to be examined.  There is NO excuse for a rental car to smell of smoke.  I was planning on extending the rental another week, but could not due to the smell of smoke, it was that bad.  I left a note for the manager to call me, and will discuss further once they call.

Overall experience was smooth, very professional, and made it speedy check in and out.  Have used in past and will again.

Extremely displeased. I had made a reservation a week out due to my current car needing repairs. I was informed the day of picking up the rental that they had no cars to give me. They had rented my reservation out from under me and then proceeded to blame "corporate"
