I booked my car several days in advance and completed most of the paperwork online. I received a free upgrade, found the staff to be helpful and courteous and have no complaints. I am glad this agency is in Batesville!

Made reservation in the morning.  Went to pick-up car in afternoon.  They had no cars.  They would have no cars until the end of the day (5 pm).  No call.  Nothing.  I had to take a long lunch to get the car (40 minutes each way).  When I explained that I couldn't be back at 5, they agreed to let me pick-up a car at 5:30 pm.  When I arrived, they placed was all locked up and no cars.

Is there a good number for the Batesville AR office? The one on the website is the same one in the phone book and you just get a recording. Sad that it's the only one in Batesville.

I have tried to rent a car here twice in the last two years, both times without success.  They give a confirmation on the website without checking at the local desk.  The local desk calls later to say they have nothing available.  The local desk keeps very few cars in inventory and apparently won't rent all of what they do have so as to be able to service the small airport here.  Don't see how they stay in business.

I've been on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnect, 3 times this morning, for a total of one hour so far...listening to an endless loop of advertising telling me that Enterprise treats it's customers the way they should be treated!  What did I do to earn this treatment?  Unfortunately there are no alternatives....maybe I'll get a car today, who knows?
