From the first phone call the employees were kind and informative. There was a serious problem with a customer just before me when my husband and I came to pick up my vehicle and the salesperson was incredibly patient and professional with someone that was very much in the wrong. They then took the time to get my car ready quickly and efficiently. They even called to check on me later. Well done Searcy Enterprise!

I have been here a few times with other family members renting a vehicle and they always give you a free upgrade if the vehicle you asked for is not ready when you get there.

Upon our arrival, the car of the type we were expecting was clean and waiting for us. The paperwork process was fairly quick. although we initially had to wait a few minutes for the computer system to release the vehicle from the previous client. The branch manager waited on us. He was professional and pleasant. He made us aware of options we should consider, but was not pushy. The only scary part of the process was leaving the vehicle in the parking lot upon returning. According to our contract, we needed to have the car back to Enterprise by 11:30 p.m. on a Saturday. We did this, but what made it scary was that we knew we were responsible for the vehicle until the next business day (Monday). Fortunately, nothing happened to the vehicle during that period. So, everything turned out well.
