I can't say enough about the support and accommodation I received from the Hammond Enterprise Car Rental management and staff during a tough travel experience. They worked with me and my budget. They gave me the chance to extend the service when my car wasn't ready. Very very good experience. I highly recommend them.

I really dont have to much to say about this locsyion i did experience a bad experience with the assistance manager and the manger there no words for me to say about the service they provide on feb 23 2018 i sm very disappointed

I had to take my car to a repair shop and, in conjunction with the repair shop, Enterprise made this very inconvenient situation, so much easier. They arrived with a great vehicle as I arrived at the shop. I did the standard walk around with rep, signed the digital form and I was on my way. When I was done with the rental, I took at back to the repair shop and left the keys with the receptionist. I received a call a day later from Enterprise informing me that everything was good with the vehicle. Done and done. What a great experience without any hassle on my side.
