I've rented cars from this location many, many times in the past few years. They pick me up from (and take me back to) the Highland Bus Stop within a few minutes and always have my car ready (they call me a day or two beforehand to verify my reservation.)  So convenient!  I've always gotten great service and vehicles. No problems, ho hassles, no up-charges. Everyone there gives great service, but I do miss seeing Ian Harris, who I understand has been promoted and is now at another location. Ian is the best, and seeing him each time became like seeing family!

They went above and beyond on helping me with a vehicle.  I was going to get a truck to go to Colorado and thought they all had trailer packages but the truck they got for me didn't.  It was a real nice Dodge 4 door truck.  So they tried to get back a F-250 for me to use.  Then while I was out smoking my brother came to me and said they offered to do an Expedition for the same price as the truck.  SUVs cost much more to rent.  I told him hell yes get the SUV.  SO we were able to drive in comfort to Colorado and back and able to do everything we planned on doing.  This location is the best and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent a vehicle you will be pleased.

I really enjoy renting from enterprise. I rented a car from them due to my car being worked on. The representative were so nice from the moment I walked in. And upon returning it was the same thing. They dropped me off at the place I needed to go to. 👍🏽👍🏽

Great service. I've rented from this location several times. Kevin the assistant manager is a gem. He's polite, professional and very accommodating. Great customer care. By far the BEST Enterprise office I've ever been in. They can learn a lot from Kevin. Thank you so much for the best service. Looking forward to doing business again.

Excellent customer service. Very Helpful staff especially Kevin Kearney.
Cars were cleaned and well maintained.
I would suggest that they should have their car gassed up before renters drive out.
