Worst experience with an enterprise ever!!
I rent cars weekly and am their top tier rewards member. My company has an agreement on price and size. Historically when they don’t have a standard sized car available (the contracted size vehicle) the will find something comparable.

Today the store tried to charge double the contracted rate and tried to force me into a truck.

When I said that wasn’t ok. I told him I would go to another location to pick up a standard size. He said good bye. No apology or offer to check other locations.

This location has rediculous turnover and this group of employees is no good.

Very friendly staff, exceptional service, and a central location for the Noblesville area. Cars provided are always above expectations, and the convenience of providing a ride from home and back is always a great help. Customer parking also adds to the convenience when leaving the personal car at the facility

Rented car for Thanksgiving week and the service was excellent.  I was slightly disappointed that the vehicle was not washed and cleaned before getting but it was according to them a quick turn around.
I have had mostly good experiences with this Enterprise location.  Helpful, friendly staff.

I reserved a midsized sedan, they only had a Ford Excursion (extremely large SUV) available. I had no choice, so I took it. I was NOT happy about this. 

It has been almost a week since I returned the vehicle and they have yet to return my garage door opener I accidentally left in the vehicle. I've been told they just rented the vehicle before they cleaned it out, and only notified the next renter of my property in the vehicle when I asked them to. When I asked them to call me when the opener was brought in, which I thought was a reasonable request, I was told "No, you have to call us to check when it's in". This is insane. I just want my opener back. I shouldn't have to harass the site every day just to see if it was brought in!

I've had to rent a car a couple times within the last month and the employees at this enterprise location are great!  They provided prompt service and are always so helpful!
