Useless customer service.   Car died mid-contract and could never speak to anyone that could help.   Finally had it towed.   Called 800# THAT was Mexico, called their 24hr Indianapolis # couldn't find contract said call the Washington St office.  TRIED CALLING THEM FOR OVER 2 DAYS AND 6 HOURS AND CALLS NEVER GOT ANSWERED BY THEM - ALWAYS TRANSFERRED.   THAT LOCATION IS USELESS!   WILL NEVER USE such a low quality company again!!!   Recommending against using them to Corporate.

I worked with Miracle who was exceptional! Once she stepped in to assist, the process was quick and easy. She was clear on the price, options available with my reservation, and the process as a whole. Great price for the rental and the charges were exactly as explained. The car was detailed prior to my arrival and I had zero complaints about the car itself.

I'm standing here in Payless in tears ready to leave for vacation.  Nothing has gone right but the kindness that has been displayed by Samone has restored my faith in human kindness. 
I'm ready to go and will never forget what happened today by simply renting a car.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The office staff here is very friendly and helpful . I was in a bad car wreck and was in need of reliable transportation and they took car of me immediately and got me in a car that was great on gas. I highly recommend them if you are in need of quick friendly service with real care . Thank you all for what you have done for me.

Miracle and Miesha are the best. The customer service I was shown was amazing. They started my vacation off with a smile!!!
