I use the Enterprise in Carmel Indiana frequently for out of town trips. The staff there are great people; very helpful, and friendly. I would recommend this particular Enterprise to everyone 😁

Rented a car from here after my vehicle broke down and I needed a rental in the middle of purchasing a new vehicle. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff.

The car dealership I purchased from told me I could leave the rental with them, and they will return it to Enterprise for me the very next morning. The dealership did not my rental and I found out a week later. I contacted this Enterprise location and they were able to.reaolve the issue instantly and I was not charged for the time the dealership kept my rental car. It was great to deal with nice people at this Enterprise.

The great rates lured me to Enterprise.  

When I arrived at the office, I encountered great and very efficient staff.  As I keep coming back, I'm further impressed.  Not only do things move effectively, professionally, but the staff is exceedingly welcoming and actually remember personal things relevant to me.  

I'm under the impression that Enterprise requires such high standards, but am convinced "my" Carmel, IN location exceeds standards.  It's like coming home to friends or family when I walk in the office.

Generally, I'm not one to refer or write reviews.  In this case, it comes with ease and so merited.

I like the people and have had good rental experiences at this location.  However on this occasion, I requested a Standard car and was given a full size 4X4 pickup truck.  I was concerned about fuel economy, which turned out to be correct.  The agent offered that I could return the truck empty.  I'm thinking that a full tank of fuel might offset some of the additional expenses.  However, when I got in the truck, there was less than a quarter tank of fuel.  

So, I was saddled with an oversize, thirsty, rough riding vehicle for a 800 mile trip.  When I request a standard size vehicle, I'd like to get a standard size vehicle.  Not a cement truck.

I could have given this 5 stars if not for one person. This person has been discourteous to me again and again on the phone. Everyone else is great and helpful.
