A very pleasant experience those guys are like superheroes well one female super lady Iris she went far beyond to satisfy me she was extremely helpful I feel very comfortable dealing with her I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Enterprise I mean they perform Miracles I left there so sad but when I return super Iris did her thing and made me happy again if I were maybe 40 years younger I would ask her for her hand in marriage! Thank you Enterprise for being there for me in a time of need I will always use you guys I wish I could give you a hundred Stars thanks again the team at Enterprise especially miss Iris thank you Eric Tandy I had a very interesting experience with them the last time I rented a car I had a little problem with someone that just needed a bit more training but Matt and John went beyond to make me happy they offered me money or time that was lost homework-free rental they did everything they made a bad situation good even when there is a problem they will do their best to handle that Matt and John thank you Eric

Awesome experience every time I go to the location on Shadeland.  Very professional staff and clean location.  They go the extra mile and that is why I will not rent from any one else.  John is exceptional!!!! and all the staff greets me with a smile.  I give this location all the stars possible.  Oh and lets not forget the cars clean, and drive well. I am and will continue to send my friends to this location.  The best in town .   I love you all.

The Staff is tremendous with enthusiasm and courtesy.  Professionalism is never a concern.  If an issue is experienced they apologize, empathize and correct the issue immediately and/or offer a complimentary upgrade on a rented vehicle.

Be ware - Poor customer service / scammers.  First, they tell me that I damaged their rental and sent me pictures of the damages.  (I had dropped off the rental at a dealership where my car was getting worked on and Enterprise advised that they will pick the car from there since they have a good relationship with them).  After sending me pictures, Enterprise transferred the rental over to Chevrolet Blossom to get the car fixed the same day during the latter part of the day.  When I went to check out the damages (after work)at Chevrolet Blossom the same day, they were wiped clean with a towel only to find no damages underneath before a mechanic could even look at it.
 Furthermore, I forgot 2 packs of water in the rental and they gave me one back.   One of the employees, Matt, tells me "maybe Chevrolet Blossom took it and we don't drink that brand in this facility."  This is the way they treated me here at the Shadeland location.  I find it weird that Matt was the worst towards me plus he had a bad attitude - maybe because he was not able to pull the scam on me.  Will never do business with enterprise and will spread the word amongst friends / online.

Quick, friendly and professional service from all the staff at this location! My rental car was ready very quickly, and was driven up to the door for me. Nice job!
