This is the second time I rented from Westfield Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I don’t understand the corporate rules that mandate those using a debit card have to provide receipts from two utility bills before allowed to rent a car. Before I retired two years ago, I paid off all my debt and I no longer have a credit card. My car is 14 years old so when I want to travel long distances, I rent a car. Once I’ve rented previously, why do I have to still provide these utility bills?  Why am I being punished for not having a credit card?  Having to do this without prior warning was disturbing and delayed my leaving for my trip. I admit I was not happy at first with the car that I was given but I have to be honest. Once I got used to the terrible color of the KIA Soul, I found that I really liked the vehicle and enjoyed driving it. I took a lot of kidding about the strange lime color from my family and it became a funny conversation piece. I started calling it the lime mobile. Tyler and Jason did all they could to try and make things better for me. I appreciate their thoughtfulness. This Westfield location is so close to home and more convenient for me to use than other locations. When I need to rent a car again, I will probably rent from them again.

I recently rented a minivan from the Westfield location and everything went extremely well.  The employee who checked me out even suggested I turn in the vehicle a day earlier (when the branch was closed) which helped me save money.  Very friendly and helpful staff.

Usually a wonderful experience but the car that was assigned to me had a horrible latent cigarette smoke smell !!!  Very unpleasant

I've tried to use Enterprise Westfield twice in the last few days, only to walk away frustrated both times. I reserved a sedan last week for a trip to Tennessee, and they tried to give me a Kia without cruise control. When I complained, I was offered a mini-van instead as the "only other option." Eventually, I was given an Audi, but it came with a hefty up charge. Yesterday, I went to pick up my reserved full-size sedan for a trip to Illinois. I was offered a Ford Excursion or a mini-van, both of which I was uncomfortable driving in Chicago traffic. I cancelled the reservation and drove my own car instead. I'm unsure that I would be willing to trust Enterprise Westfield again since they have only been disappointing.
