ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! Said one thing on the phone and then when there nothing was good enough. Employee and District Manager both very rude and very ugly personalities. Had to call corporate office! Worse experience I have ever had renting a car!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! After a week of having the rental, $98.56 was deducted from my checking account, when I called for an explanation I was told that they can take out any additional charges for additional insurance at their discretion. I returned the vehicle ONE day early. And was charged $49.86 once again from my checking account. For which they have no answer for! I've had to get an attorney, yes this isn't a lot of money but they have my debit card info on file and can screw me at any given time. I don't even have the vehicle in my possession and they are still making transactions. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE ENTERPRISE. Hertz all the way!!!!!!

I always get great service from the employees here and prompt pick up and drop offs for my business needs. I love that this location allows me to pick up a car right on the way from my house to many of my destinations!

I walked into the store on Monday morning needing to rent a car for 2 days. I didn't have a reservation this time. I was treated well and left with a car within 1/2 hour. Good pricing and excellent service from all the staff.
